Kathleen Munden is a graduate of the Baylor University School of Law and has been practicing bankruptcy and consumer law since 1996. She received her B.A. in Psychology from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas.
She is a member of the Tarrant County Bar Association, Dallas Bar Association, State Bar of Texas, Tarrant County Debtor Bar Association, and the Bankruptcy Section of the Texas Bar. Ms. Munden has written articles on foreclosure law, Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy, and other consumer law issues.
Her interests include traveling, cooking, genealogy, history, and archaeology. She is a member of the Rotary Club of East Dallas and enjoys being involved in charitable activities.
